*If there is inclement weather at your gazebo wedding, the chapel is available at no extra charge. Every wedding rental includes rental of both the chapel and gazebo for your time slot.
We normally can easily accommodate small weddings most times and are happy to take last-minute reservations. We will work with you to fit in your ceremony at your convenience.
Step 5 (Optional)) Buy a brick… build a memory $79.00
Buy a brick to celebrate an important event in your life, whether it is your wedding day, anniversary, birthday, or memory of someone, etc. you choose what you want engraved on your brick. Your brick will be set into the winding brick pathway.

Payment:
Pay chapel deposit of $500
Pay full amount - if fee is less than $500, the full amount of the package is due at time of reservation
Pay amount of $
$1,000. This will hold the chapel and hall date and time. Note: Requires separate banquet hall contract within 15 days.
Deposit will be applied in full towards the total fees. Payment of the deposit will hold the date and time and is nonrefundable. If the deposit was paid online, there is no automatic payment at the 30-day point for the remainder balance, and the credit card/paypal information is not stored.
(1) pay your remaining balance by check, money order, cashier’s check, or cash at that time, OR
(2) complete the essential information on the payment form (names, wedding date, and contact information), and under “Pay amount of $...”, enter amount. Additionally, please indicate remaining balance in the comments box, and any other information as necessary.
The balance of the contract is due 30 days before the event. If the remaining balance is not paid 30 days before the ceremony, the reservation and services are subject to cancellation at Chapel in the Pines' sole discretion. Any partial payments received in this 30-day period also are nonrefundable.
This contract is for the use of the chapel and the grounds for the allotted time. Any party staying beyond the allotted time period will be charged accordingly. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.
I give my permission to use photographs of my wedding to use in all forms of media for promotional purposes. Prices and procedures are subject to change without notice.
