Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our on-site coordinator will assist with the ceremony and reception timeline, room layout, decoration set up, rehearsal and ceremony line up, and greeting and working with your vendors on wedding day.

  • Each with years of experience, our officiants offer both religious and non-denominational ceremony scripts to help customize your ceremony experience with humor, heart, and expertise. Learn more.

  • For our Opal Package reserved more than 5 months in advance, we ask for $1,500 due at the time of reservation; $1,500 due 3 months before the event, and the outstanding balance is due 7 days before the event.

    For our Emerald & Diamond Packages reserved more than one year in advance; $1,500 is due at the time of reservation; $1,500 due 6 months before the event; $1,500 due 3 months before the event, and any outstanding balance is due 7 days before the event.

    If your Opal Package is reserved less than 5 months in advance or your Emerald or Diamond Package is reserved less than a year in advance, than we will work out a payment plan with you.

    Payment plans may vary depending on how far in advance the reservation is made, package type, and the expected number of guests.

  • Our catering staff, bartenders and an on-site manager are happy to assist you and your guests.

  • Our reception hall, bridal cottage, and chapel are climate controlled. Featuring heat, air conditioning, and fans, you and your guests will be comfortable during your celebration.

  • Our vintage cottage suite is a space to get dressed, take photos, and spend time with your wedding party in a climate controlled space before your magical walk down the aisle.
