Terms & Conditions for Ceremonies
Deposit and or all payments will be applied in full towards the total fees. Deposit will hold the date and time. Deposit and all payments are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable. If a package is reserved online, there are no automatic payments as credit card/paypal information is not stored online. You either may:
pay your remaining balance in U.S. funds by check, money order, cashier's check, or cash at that time, OR
proceed to make a payment below.
Elopements/Small Private, Silver, and Gold Wedding packages the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event.
If payments are not made on schedule, the reservation and services are subject to cancellation at Chapel in the Pines' sole discretion.
This contract is for the use of the venue and the grounds for the allotted time. Any party staying beyond the allotted time period will be charged accordingly. CIPW&BCINC is not responsible for accidents or theft.
CIPW&BCINC is not responsible for accidents or theft. If CIPW&BCINC is prevented or delayed from performing any of its obligations under this Agreement due to the Force Majeure, CIPW&BCINC is excused from performance of such obligations hereunder within the scope of such prevention or delay. CIPW&BCINC shall take reasonable steps to minimize or eliminate the effect as the result of Force Majeure and shall exercise efforts to resume the performance prevented or delayed due to Force Majeure. Once the event of Force Majeure is eliminated, each party agrees to use its best efforts to resume the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. You agree to let us use media from your event for promotional purposes.
You give your permission to let us use photographs of your wedding for our social medial and promotional purposes.
